Cancellation Request
Use this page to send PESO a cancellation notice. Where a statutory right to cancel exists, you do not need to give a reason.
What to include
In the message field, please provide:
- your full name and identification number, as required by law;
- the order number, if available; and
- a telephone number or email address at which we can reply.
The date on which your notice is received is not postponed while PESO locates the order or gives return instructions. Do not send high-value jewelry before receiving written packing and delivery instructions.

Providing information is voluntary and is not required by law. The requested information is needed to identify the transaction and handle the cancellation, return, refund, repair or warranty request; without it we may be unable to process the request. The data controller is Yaniv Peso, Israeli authorized-dealer (VAT) number 027800770, 9 HaOman Street, Jerusalem. Information will be used for this purpose and disclosed as needed to Shopify and service, repair, payment and delivery providers. You may request access to or correction of your information at support@madebypeso.com. It will not be used for marketing without separate consent. See the Privacy Policy.
