Jewelry Care

Thoughtful handling helps protect the finish, structure, settings, clasps, posts, and chains of fine jewelry.

Avoid impact and pressure

  • Remove jewelry before activities that may expose it to impact, pulling, bending, or physical pressure.
  • Take particular care with stone settings, clasps, earring posts, and fine chains.
  • Do not continue wearing a piece if a stone, prong, clasp, post, or link appears loose or damaged.

Limit exposure to chemicals

Perfume, chlorine, cosmetics, and other substances can contribute to dirt accumulation or natural changes in the appearance of the metal. Apply personal-care products before putting on jewelry and remove jewelry before exposure to chlorine or household chemicals.

Cleaning and storage

  • Wipe the piece gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth after wear.
  • Store pieces separately to reduce scratching, tangling, and pressure on settings or chains.
  • Do not use an unapproved chemical, abrasive, ultrasonic, or mechanical cleaning method. Different stones and settings can require different care.

Inspection and service

If a component is loose, damaged, or no longer operating correctly, stop wearing the piece and contact PESO. Treatment, repair, or alteration by an unauthorized external jeweler or workshop may affect warranty coverage.

For warranty terms and exclusions, refer to the approved Warranty & Product Quality policy.
